Head of MIS
The Head of MIS is a pivotal role across The Colleges’ Partnership to develop and manage robust MIS services to provide access to comprehensive, reliable, relevant, and up to date information, analysis, and reports.
You'll need to provide high quality and reliable data to support well-informed decision making on all operational and performance aspects of the business whilst also supplying external stakeholders with regular, timely, and accurate data sets. You'll also play a crucial role in efficiently managing and developing the Data and Admin team to ensure that financial and contractual obligations are met across all funding, data, and administrative functions.
Salary: £45,000

As a passionate assessor, you'll be instrumental in the progress of our learners, delivering top-notch assessment, reviewing their journey, and guiding them successfully through their apprenticeship with the Royal Signals.

Functional Skills Tutor
As a functional skills tutor, you will act as a mentor and a guide to our learners, offering them information, advice and guidance as needed. You will be responsible for teaching and assessing functional skills maths and English and providing feedback on their progress as well as keeping their profiles and files up to date.
Salary: £27,079 - £28,632 if/once qualified

Functional Skills Tutor - Gurkha CELT
The Gurkha Culture and English Language Training programme (CELT) is a short intensive course delivered to all Nepalese Gurkha recruits joining the British Army. It offers an opportunity to teach in a unique military environment, supporting enthusiastic learners to gain essential qualifications and develop skills and knowledge for their new role in the UK Armed Forces.
Salary: £26.50 per hour
Location: Catterick Garrison

Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager at TCP, you will be responsible for increasing the TCP market share of apprenticeships and commercial delivery in line with the strategic aims and objectives. You will also support the delivery, introduction, and growth of a range of apprenticeships and qualifications that support the continued development and success of our students and employers. Working with a range of employers, you will make sure that the right programmes are selected and that funding opportunities are maximized. You will report to the Head of Business Development (HoBD) and follow the TCP end-to-end sales process. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent sales skills, a passion for education and training, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Salary: £40,000
