We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a passionate mentor to support Royal Artillery soldiers through their Apprenticeship, providing the opportunity to work with military and civilian personnel.
Your day-to-day: from reviewing learner work and providing constructive feedback to supporting them through their apprenticeship journey, you'll be the catalyst for their growth and development. As a mentor and coach, you'll offer support, guidance, and inspiration to help them thrive.

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated mentor to support Infantry soldiers through their Apprenticeship. In this role, you’ll work alongside both military and civilian personnel.
Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing learners' work, providing constructive feedback, and guiding them through their apprenticeship. As a mentor and coach, you’ll play a key role in their development, offering practical support and direction.
Working with your Line Manager, you’ll help maintain an organised and supportive learning environment. Together, you’ll address any issues as they arise and ensure a positive experience for our learners.

Digital Apprenticeship Tutor
Are you passionate about developing talent and shaping the future of digital professionals? We are looking for a Digital Apprenticeship Tutor to guide and support apprentices on L4 Network Engineering and L3 & L4 digital apprenticeship programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering engaging learning sessions (1:1 and group, online and in-person) to apprentices.
Supporting apprentices with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
Conducting regular progress reviews with apprentices and their employers to track development and ensure programme engagement.
Managing documentation and learner progress using e-portfolio systems.
Providing personalised coaching and overcoming barriers to learning.

Project Manager - Network Engineer
We are seeking a Network Engineer Project Manager to support the delivery of the L4 Network Engineer programme for the Royal Signals contract.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the delivery and continuous improvement of L4 Network Engineer training, ensuring alignment with Army KPIs and TCP forecasts.
Coordinating with stakeholders, attending project meetings, and representing the Director of Army Contracts (DoAC). Supporting curriculum planning, implementation, and training delivery, preparing learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment.
Maintaining ESFA-compliant learner documentation using e-portfolios and LMS systems.

• Relevant teaching qualification e.g., CTLLs, Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLs (or equivalent).
• A minimum level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Experience of providing face to face and remote support to learners.

Regulatory Compliance Supervisor
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring high standards and compliance? We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to oversee learner administration files, support audits, and ensure adherence to BSS/ESFA regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and auditing learner admin files (LAFs) to meet internal and external compliance standards.
Analysing data to identify trends and inform staff training and CPD events.
Maintaining expert knowledge of MIS procedures, ESFA guidelines, and company policies.
Recording, managing, and resolving compliance-related errors within defined KPIs.
Supporting contracted learner reviews, ESFA processes, and data accuracy initiatives.Administrative duties include:
Handling first-line enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Conducting data analysis and cleansing exercises to maintain compliance.
Archiving learner documentation and generating reports to support audit readiness.
